First Up.

It’s been awhile. I KNOW...and that’s all I need to say about that.

I wanted to jump onto this neglected site of mine today and give a shout out to a project I think is rather swanky.

Many of you are already familiar with Mr. Unaccomplished Angler: He who is creator and Author of the Olive the Woolly Bugger Fly Fishing children’s book series.

We all know how important it is to get the youth of today, the young fries who will be the fly fisherman of our future, engaged early in fly fishing.  Mainly, we know it will bring them joy for a lifetime so clearly as all knowing adults, we know the score, we just need to plant the seeds, cast the fly…or something like that.

Of course we’ll take them to the river banks and show them the real thing. We can even read them books at home that will get them excited about fly fishing. So in this day and age with all the technology that catches our kiddies attention, we adults can add one more thing to our creel of enticing tricks.

Check out the: Olive the Woolly Bugger app
Launching via Kickstarter

Which means it needs the support and backing of fellow Fly Fisherman.

Pledge a Dollar…Pledge 10…Pledge??
And you should know, you get something ‘back’ for your pledge! Olive Swag…

Go Forth…check out the details. Be a part of something positive!
